Driving Directions: Take 60th St North Hwy 36th - Turn East on Hwy 36th and Drive East to Hwy 75 - Turn North on Hwy 75 to Rainwood Rd, Turn East on Rainwood Road to 45th Courth, Turn South on 45th Court to Ponca Storage Facility.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
NOTICE TO BIDDERS: When placing a bid, the buyer accepts the fact that he or she is entering into a legal binding contract. The following auction rules apply.
• $25 Bid Increments
• 10% Buyers Premium Applies to Each Unit's Sales Price. Example - Unit Sells for $500, Total Will Be $550.00
• In addition to the buyer premium, a $100 refundable cleaning deposit per unit won will be charged. Deposit will be refunded once each unit is broom-swept and cleaned out.
• The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder unless otherwise stated in the state's lien laws or by the storage facility.
• The storage facility is responsible for collecting the cleaning deposit.
• Clean-out time is 48hrs from sale time, everything must be cleaned out no later than Tuesday April 9th by 12pm Noon.
• All auction unit(s) are subject to cancellation by the storage facility.
• If the winning bidder has not submitted payment within 1 hour of the auction close time, the unit can be offered to alternate bidders.
• One Roll-Off Dumpster Provided Onsite for a Fee. Buyers May Share Unit or It Will Be Offered to the Buyer Who Paid the Most for Any Unit or Units.
• Bidders are liable for their winning bids and associated premiums and fees regardless of whether they claim the property in the auction unit(s).
• By registering and bidding on the auction, an auction buyer agrees not to dispute any credit card charges processed through this site.
• Units that are not paid for nor vacated within the allotted cleanout time will result in account suspension.
• Violation of any terms may prevent you from using the Auction Mill services.
