The style or type of auction we conduct will vary depending on the asset and situation.  Our firm conducts nearly 100 live auctions, timed online auctions or live simulcast auctions each calendar year.

Business Liquidations:
For business owners who wish to retire, sell their operation or move to another line of work, working with The Auction Mill is the best way to “go out of business”. No matter the type of business you own, we’ll help you get the best return out of your life’s investment. Our firm has conducted liquidation auctions for some of Omaha’s most important and iconic businesses.  We have the experience and ability to market your assets to a worldwide audience of buyers.

Auction House:
We conduct a high quality and efficiently run biweekly consignment auction every other Thursday at our auction facility. The Auction Mill facility is located in the historic Dundee/Benson neighborhood in Omaha. The main objective of the biweekly auction is to provide buyers with top quality merchandise including antiques, collectibles, vehicles, tools, furniture, vintage items, appliances, rare and historical artifacts, and other useful items to bid on and buy. We provide our consignors the best option to sell or liquidate their assets in an environment which will attract a qualified group of buyers that will pay top dollar for the items they place in our care.

Real Estate:
In addition to real estate auctions, we also assist clients with purchasing, selling, or investing in commercial and residential real estate throughout the Greater Omaha Area & Surrounding Communities.

Estates:
Auctions provide a relatively painless way for families, attorneys and trust departments to liquidate entire estates in probate after the death of a loved one.

For smaller estates, collections or households, we suggest a lump sum purchase or buy-out of the personal property by our firm, larger estates valued in excess of $20,000 may be best suited for a timed online auction, auction at our facility or an auction onsite at the house, warehouse or business.  All our auctions are marketed online to a targeted pool of buyers.

Surplus Inventory Liquidation
:
Auctions are often the fastest and most profitable way to liquidate part or all of your surplus inventory. The Auction Mill strives for top dollar for your equipment, parts, machinery, products and other fixtures that may need to be moved for any reason.  Our firm can either purchase these assets outright or sell them for you on consignment.

Appraisals:
We are certified by the National Auctioneers Association to appraise any type of personal property no matter the reason for the value opinion. Our chief appraiser has earned the G.P.P.A. and C.A.G.A. designations to achieve credible results in the appraisal of your assets.
