Tom and his team are truly the best in the business to work with.  They take the time to know their clients and customers and are dedicated to every sale they work on.  Tom is extremely thorough and does his best to be as knowledgeable as possible regarding what he is selling.

Some auctioneers in this community will say anything to get people to bid on items.  Tom I believe is as honest as he can be and discloses everything he knows about the assets up for auction.  Obviously, he can’t know everything about what he is selling, but I do believe he discloses everything he knows about the items and any known issues in regards to condition.

Tom was absolutely a joy to work with. He was very prompt in answering all of my questions and was so helpful during the whole process. I cannot recommend him enough. He was so kind and generous during a very stressful time in my life while I was trying to liquidate my business equipment. He treated me very fairly and with compassion. Highly recommend.

The auctions are always fun and it’s a great crowd. 90%+ of all the items for sale are quality items. It’s nice to go to an auction and not feel like it’s just unsold garage sale items. They always have enough staff working the ring so bids don’t get missed. Sometimes you have to pay up for something you really want, and sometimes you get a screaming deal on something you want. That’s the nature of the auction, but it’s always a fun time for both buyer and seller.

Tom and his team helped me immensely when I lost a member of my family to a sudden illness.  Tom and the team went out of there way to meet me to gather all the big items when they were closed over the New Year.  Tom made the process simple and easy.  Thank you very much Tom.  You and the team did a great job.
