Local Pickup on Thursday & Friday, April 30th and May 1st at the Auction Mill Warehouse Located at 1528 N Saddle Creek Rd, Omaha, NE 68104.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By bidding in the auction, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction.
• Payment: At the conclusion of the auction, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions. You may pay your invoice online or pay in-person at auction pickup, Reminder, there is a 3% convenience fee for using a credit card. Or, if you prefer, we can use the credit card on file to pay for your items purchased. Buyers who do not pickup on time will have their credit cards bill at the end of the pickup hours window.
• If your card on file is not valid or has insufficient funds, you will have a "PAY NOW" option on your invoice to pay with a different credit card.
• Acceptable Forms of Payment: Credit Card, Cash or Certified Funds (Cashier's Check / Money Order or Certified Check or Auction Company Approved Check)

• Firearms: Nebraska Buyers Need a CCW or Firearm Purchase Certificate to Purchase ANY Firearm (Excluding Black Powder Only)
• Out-of-State Residents Picking Up Can Purchase Long Guns & Must Pass Background Check. Handguns must be shipped to a FFL for out-of-state buyers.
• Shipping Available - Firearms Must Ship To FFL (NO Shipping Of Primers Or Powder)
• All Items Sell In As-Is Condition-No Returns Or Refunds-Please Inspect In Person If You Have Any Concerns
• CREDIT CARD: You will need to add a credit card to your account to bid. This is used to verify your account and to keep fake bidders from bidding against you. Auction company conducts a $25 authorization on your card to verify funds available. This is just a hold, no money is removed from your account. Auction company releases this hold 5 days after the auction.
• BUYER PREMIUM: 15% Buyer Premium applies to all lots. 3% Additional Fee for Credit Card Payment.
• PAYMENT: Cash, Certified or Cashiers Check, or ACH preferred. Credit card allowed for invoices under $3,000 with 3.0% fee. Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay cash or check. Wire transfers accepted also with $20 fee. All invoices need paid in full at our office on or before December 5th by 4 PM.
• All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds. You are required to pay for your items even if you do not pick them up.
