to pick up on your behalf. We cannot meet buyers at alternate

window closes and we will do our best to work with you.

items: appropriate vehicle, tools, boxes, packing materials,
and enough help to load safely.
Some items may be located in different areas throughout the
property. Wear comfortable shoes — some walking may be
required. A forklift operator will be on-site during
published pickup hours to assist with heavy items.
Any issues with items must be raised before leaving the
pickup site. No claims will be accepted after departure.
