6450 Pine St Omaha, NE 68106 - Located on the UNO Aksarben Village Campus, From 72nd and Pacific, Travel East on Pacific to 67th St, Go South to Pine Street and Turn East.
Preview is strongly recommended. Seeing items in person is the
best way to assess condition, size, weight, and location on
the property. Photos don't tell the whole story.

Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS WILL BE FORFEITED AND/OR
RESOLD WITHOUT A REFUND.
If you cannot pick up in person, please arrange for someone
to pick up on your behalf. We cannot meet buyers at alternate
times or locations outside of scheduled pickup windows.
Life happens — flat tires, mean bosses, traffic jams, sudden
illness. If something comes up, contact us BEFORE your pickup
window closes and we will do our best to work with you.
Your invoice must be paid in full to qualify for any storage
or special arrangements. Silence is not an extension.

COME PREPARED

Please bring everything you need to load and transport your
items: appropriate vehicle, tools, boxes, packing materials,
and enough help to load safely.
Some items may be located in different areas throughout the
property. Wear comfortable shoes — some walking may be
required. A forklift operator will be on-site during
published pickup hours to assist with heavy items.
Any issues with items must be raised before leaving the
pickup site. No claims will be accepted after departure.

person at pickup. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit
