AUCTION FORMAT — SEALED BID WITH MAXIMUM BID PROVISION
Each bidder submits two numbers: an opening bid (must exceed the $100,000 published minimum) and a maximum bid. If two or more bidders qualify, bids compete automatically in $5,000 increments — the highest maximum wins at $5,000 above the runner-up's maximum, never exceeding the winner's own max. A sole qualifying bidder wins at their opening bid. Bids accepted by certified mail, hand delivery, or secure electronic submission per the bid packet. The bid opening is conducted publicly at the hotel, observed by a third-party representative, video recorded, and open to registered bidders. Results by phone and email. The secured party reserves the right to credit bid.
